upload Excel · personalize · send one or all · A1 Logics mail engine
Upload a contact list, write your message with {{Column}} placeholders, preview each recipient's version, then send individually or in a throttled batch that spaces out delivery to protect your sender reputation.
1 · Add recipients
Drop an Excel / CSV file here or click to browse (.xlsx, .xls, .csv)
Optional: add a name after the email using a comma or tab — e.g. john@example.com, John Doe — to use {{Name}} in your message.
2 · Compose message
Insert a placeholder (click to add at cursor):
The mail engine fetches the file from a public URL or a path on the server. Direct file upload isn't supported by the mail service — host the file first (e.g. in your site's files folder) and paste its link here.
Deliverability tips (built in): emails are sent one at a time with a randomized gap so the mail server never fires a burst.
Keep the delay at 10 s+ and batches modest. Always personalize (use {{Name}}) — identical mass mails are the #1 spam trigger.
Avoid ALL-CAPS subjects, "FREE", "$$$", excessive links/images, and misleading subject lines. Sending to people who expect your mail keeps you out of spam.
